    When making a report/notification, advise the Child Abuse Report Line of as much information as possible to support the Child Abuse Report Line (CARL) worker to make an informed assessment.

    Mandated reporter should use the Notification checklist(PDF) to ensure they have the correct information ready when making a report/notification to the CARL via telephone or online, noting serious concerns cannot be made online.

    Notifiers (members of the public) can use the notification checklist as a guide for the information they may be asked when reporting.

    It is noted that mandated reporters/notifiers may have additional guidance and procedures available to make a notification in their workplace

  • Access our Jotform for submitting your timesheets and shift notes via the link below.

    Timesheets need to be submitted prior to 12:00am on the Sunday of the week you've just worked. Your pay will be deposited into your nominated account the following Tuesday Afternoon.

    Shift Notes are an important part of your role. If you are required to record shift notes this will be documented in your Job Description and communicated from your support officer.

    • Fill any gaps during this time

    We understand life happens and not all leave is pre-planned. If you find yourself in a situation like this, please communicate with your support officer or trusted DL member at your earliest convenience.

    How do I know if I have any accumulated leave days?

    If you are a part-time or full-time employee your accumulated annual leave days will be itemised in your pay slips. YTD is your total amount of annual leave.

    For all other leave entitlements such as sick and careers, family and domestic violence, compassionate, sorry business, parental and other leave please contact your support officer or general manager who will then contact the bookkeeper for further information. Kat@diverselearning.com.au
